At this time, our Board of Directors strikes a healthy balance with five seats: three homeowner-elected members, the Developer, and one guest Builder representative. Homeowners serve two‑year terms, ensuring that those who live here maintain a majority voice in decisions. The Developer’s seat—held at the Board’s discretion—brings continuity and long‑term vision, while our Builder representative, also serving a two‑year term, offers hands‑on expertise in construction and growth (the Developer nominates this representative at-will, and the homeowner Directors confirm the appointment).

This mixed composition means we benefit from the enthusiasm and real‑world insights of fellow owners, coupled with the deep industry knowledge of our development partners—working together to nurture and expand Skyborne. As our community continues to flourish, the Board may grow accordingly to uphold fair and equitable representation based on the number of villages, homes, and other key milestones in our master plan.
