Under our CC&Rs, every homeowner in good standing—aside from those whose membership rights have been lawfully suspended (for example, due to delinquent assessments or pending disciplinary action)—has the right to attend any General Session of the Board of Directors.
Who may attend: All Owners whose voting privileges haven’t been suspended.
What is a General Session: The open portion of each Board meeting where non‑confidential Association business is conducted. While this is still a meeting of the Directors, Owners are welcome to participate as outlined below.
Participation: Attendees may observe and, when the Board opens the floor for homeowner comments, may address the Board in accordance with the meeting’s published rules and time limits.
Exclusions: Owners with suspended rights (e.g., for nonpayment or rule violations) may not attend; Executive (closed) Sessions remain Board‑only unless an Owner is specifically invited for Homeowner Discipline or Legal discussion.
The Board of Directors meets in person at the Skyborne Clubhouse on the first Wednesday of every month. Owners are welcome to join via Zoom as well. General Sessions are scheduled January–May and September–November, with no General Session during the Summer (June–August) or Winter (December) months. Executive Sessions, however, continue year‑round on that same first‑Wednesday schedule to ensure the Association’s business proceeds without delay.
Homeowners in good standing can log in to TownSQ and click News & Events, or check your email for the meeting details.
If you’ve been invited to meet with the Board, please refer to your mailed notice or email for your specific Zoom information.
